As in any social activity, there are expected rules of conduct that must be observed at all times. The following guidelines are an effective way to make yourself welcome within the couples community, ensuring everyone (yourself and your play parners) will have a good time.
Note: These guidelines apply to all functions, hotel parties and house parties:
- If you make a reservation, be there.
- Arrive on time.
- Arrive and leave a party as a couple.
- Do not join an existing activity without asking permission.
- Ensure cleanliness and good grooming.
- Maintain a good mental attitude and emotional well-being.
- No means NO.
- Paper dates are discouraged - committed couples are the rule.
- Don't take someone to a couples party who is not fully informed
- Don't eat, drink or smoke in any "bedroom" area.
- Don't disturb the enjoyment of others with loud or prolonged talk.
- The group room is for group activity only.
- Don't be a bedroom cruiser.
- If a party is BYOB, only drink what you bring.
- Tell the hosts or CSR staff if another quest causes a problem.
- If you like a club or party, say so. If it just isn't your thing, leave. To speak disparagingly of a party to the other guests is simply poor manners!
- If you don't intend to go with the theme of a party, don't go.
- Illegal substances, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. No one will be a party to your criminal act.
